Our Chef and his team offer classic French haute cuisine. All dishes served are homemade, using the best fresh seasonal produce, such as wild Canadian salmon, fresh sea scallops from Dieppe or Argentinian Black Angus beef.
With beautiful forest views, the airy Les Jardins Gourmands restaurant serves the hotel’s half-board guests and also offers a menu of à la carte favourites.

This welcoming breakfast room is complemented by a huge, sun-soaked terrace, which is open all day for guests to soak up the beautiful view. Breakfast at the Bel Air is an event in itself: a copious hot and cold buffet offering both healthy and more indulgent choices.
